Cher: “The Farewell Tour” arrives on vinyl and streaming
To celebrate one of his most memorable tours, Cher publishes his classic live album “The Farewell Tour” on double vinyl and streaming for the first time, the release is scheduled for September 26, 2025. The exclusive physical edition will be printed on double pink and purple vinyl. Cher has announced the album release by presenting the live recording of “All I Really Want to do”. The song, written by Bob Dylanwas his first successful single single single in the summer of 1965. The recently remastered collection also includes three songs – “Save Up All Your Tears”, “We all Sleep Alone” and “Different Kind of Love Song” -which were previously available only in the special multiplatin film “Live! The Farewell Tour”, awarded at the Emmy Awards.
In 2002the winning artist of Oscar and Grammy, included in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and awarded the Kennedy Center Honors, has undertaken the “Living Proof: The Farewell Tour”, Bringing 325 shows around the world on stage. The show established the Guinness World Record as “Tour with the highest collection of a female artist” of the time. This race was immortalized with the Carerto Film and the album of the same name, recorded during the stage of 7 November 2002 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. Twenty -two years later, “The Farewell Tour” debuts in vinyl and on all digital platforms.
