And Jesus went to visit Cher. At least, that’s what the American pop diva claims. In her autobiography “The memoir, part one” the 78-year-old “Believe” singer said she received a visit from Jesus one day:

I saw the face of Christ between the folds of the organza curtains in my bedroom. One morning, I was half asleep, I looked up and saw Jesus looking down at me. Then he left.

Cher then added, again regarding the mystical experience:

I should have said something, but I didn’t, so I missed my chance to become Santa Cher.

In one of the events to present her autobiography Cher made some statements about her next album, making it known that the album will perhaps be the last of her career:

This is probably my last album that I’ll make. I’m really excited. They’re great songs and I’m really excited to do it.
