Cher and Dua Lipa sing together hand in hand
A special duet. Dua Lipa and Cher sang “Believe” together at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction in Cleveland. The English pop star of Kosovan origins, accompanied by The Roots, began singing the 1998 song alone and was then joined by the American pop icon. Hand in hand they were the protagonists of a duet. Cher had previously expressed her discomfort, explaining that despite her successes she was constantly excluded from the ceremony. “I’m not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. You know what, I wouldn’t go if they gave me a million dollars. I’m not kidding,” he said some time ago. The performance in Cleveland chased away any controversy. It was Zendaya, who wore a Bob Mackie dress in homage to the “I Got You Babe” singer, who gave Cher’s introductory speech and said the legendary singer and actress “does everything really fucking well.” After the Euphoria actress inducted Cher into the Rock Hall, the singer celebrated the moment by singing “If I Could Turn Back Time.”
