Charli XCX and Dua Lipa together on the stage of the Wembley stadium
Dua Lipa surprised fans at the Wembley stadium by inviting Charli XCX on stage to sing “360”. Last night (June 21), the pop star held the second of its two concerts in the English capital as part of its “Radical Optimism” world tour. It is the second British woman, after Adele, to perform in a space of 70,000 seats. To conclude his two evenings at Wembley, Dua Lipa asked Charli to reach her: “I thought of bringing a friend. Let me say, it is the greatest monella I’ve ever known”. They presented “360”, the opening song of “Brat”. Charli’s appearance on the second evening of Wembley follows the appearance, on the first date, of the Jamiroquai, who joined Lipa on Friday (June 20) for a live version of their 1996 success “Virtual Insanity”. The singer stressed that he invited someone who “really inspired me since I started making music” and was “a pioneer of British music”.
