Caparezza: “There are no feats on the new album”

Caparezza has revealed an important detail about his new recording project in a completely original way “Orbit Orbit”, out October 31st. Through a series of comic images, “spatial revelations”, broadcast on his official channels, the Apulian artist told the genesis of the album in an ironic and symbolic wayalso revealing information: there will be no featuring on the new album. A choice that goes against the trend of the contemporary music scene, which once again confirms the desire to Ability to maintain a personal and conceptual approach to his music.

“Orbit Orbit” (live presentation tour here) it will in fact be accompanied by a comic of the same name, published in collaboration with Sergio Bonelli Editore, which will act as a narrative counterpart to the album. The project, of which Capa is also the author, was born as a reflection on imagination and creative isolation, themes dear to the artist, who in the past has used music to explore the mind, society and the perception of art. The absence of guests represents, in this context, a coherent choice: Caparezza seems to want to build a sound universe that is totally his ownfree of external contamination, where every word and every sound respond to a precise internal logic. Through illustrated tables and new songs, the singer-songwriter invites the audience to enter orbit with him, on a journey that promises to be as visual as it is auralbetween irony, introspection and experimentation.
