Bnkr44 and their “Punk Government”: “We started from nothing”

“Even if you start from nothing, from the most remote place in the world, if you really believe in it and want to do it, you can get wherever you want. It’s a bit of a cliché phrase but it’s true, we are proof of it”, say Bnkr44, in competition at the seventy-fourth edition of the Sanremo Festival with the song “Governo punk”.

The Tuscan collective arrives at the Festival after placing itself in the triad of those selected by Sanremo Giovani with “Effetti speciali”. Guests of the Rockol Lounge, in the Club Tenco headquarters, Fares, Erin, Caph, JxN, Faster, Piccolo and Ghera told us about their great love for Villanova, how their “Bunker” was born, the studio where they all make music together and how they live their “respectful anarchy”. And they also explain to us why they chose to collaborate with Pino D’Angiò for the covers evening, scheduled for Friday 9 February.
