The t-shirts are dedicated to the singer Ozzy Osbourne and the bass player Geezer Butlerwill be produced in just 250 units and will make their debut on the pitch this evening during the League Cup round of 16 match that Aston Villa will play against Crystal Palace in London.
Adidas has revealed that the Predator gaming shoes are inspired by Ozzy, the Prince Of Darkness, will have the singer’s logo and the name “Preds Of Darkness” hand painted by the artist Jordan Dawson who commented: “Hand-painting this design on one of Adidas’ most famous shoes allowed me to combine art, sport and the spirit of heavy metal music, creating a truly one-of-a-kind custom piece. This collaboration combines creativity and craftsmanship, offering a unique expression that stands out in both the worlds of sport and art.”
Talking about this collaboration Ozzy Osbourne he explained: “My absolute favorite colors in the world have always been purple and black. They have been the colors of Black Sabbath for over 50 years. I, Tony (Iommi, ed.), Geezer, Bill (Ward, ed.) consider this a great honor. Up the Villa!”.
