Kamala Harris has released her first campaign ad for the US presidential election. The word “freedom” stands out in the video, which became a focus in her first rally and was also at the center of her soundtrack. The soundtrack chosen by the Democrat, in fact, bears the signature of Beyoncé: it is the song “Freedom”. A song that has become an increasingly popular anthem after the murder of George Floyd in 2020 and refers to the history of slavery in America. The song, which features Kendrick Lamarthanks to this operation, has once again shot up on streaming platforms and, according to some American sources, Queen Bey has given the ok to use the same song during the election race. It is not the first time that Harris’s destiny has intertwined with that of a great artist.
