Avril Lavigne releases “Greatest Hits”

Avril Lavigne has announced the release of the album on June 21st “Avril Lavigne – Greatest Hits”. The album will be available on 12″ black vinyl, on CD and digitally. A neon green version of the vinyl is also available. The album packaging includes new photos and a personal note to fans from the Canadian musician. vinyls contain bonus recordings previously only available in digital format.

“Avril Lavigne – Greatest Hits” includes 20 fan-selected songs spanning the entire span of his career, from his debut album “Let Go” released in 2002 until his seventh and final album “Love Sux“ (read the review here).

Amazon will offer an exclusive metallic silver vinyl version of “Under My Skin” (read the review here), an exclusive 2LP green vinyl release by “Goodbye Lullaby” (with nine bonus tracks) and an exclusive baby blue matte vinyl version of “Avril Lavigne” (with three bonus tracks). There will be special editions, such as the neon pink 2LP 12″ vinyl version of “The Best Damn Thing” (read the review here) with five extra tracks. Avril's 2002 debut album, “Lit Go”was re-released in January 2023 digitally and in 2LP 12″ vinyl format as “Let Go (20th Anniversary Edition)”. Amazon will offer an exclusive 2LP 12″ translucent red vinyl release of “Let Go (20th Anniversary Edition)”.

Avril Lavigne will bring “Greatest Hits” also on tour in Italy, for a single date on July 9th at the Milan Hippodrome on the occasion of the I-Days Festival.
