The Rolling Stones play "Time Is On My Side" after 25 years

Are Rolling Stones about to announce the Tour 2026?

They were expected in the European stadiums already this summer. Italy included. Mick Jagger and members had made the Olympic Stadium of Rome book for the date of 29 May, which appeared in the tour of the tour next to the dates of the shows at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London and in the stadium stadiums in Barcelona, Amsterdam and Paris. Then, however, the Rolling Stones plans jumped. So, as already revealed in June, the band has returned to the studio to record a new album, the ideal successor of “Hackney Diamonds”. And now it would seem to be ready to officially announce the 2026 tour, with which he will recover the live – never officially announced – of this year.

For now only a hypothesis is clear. To launch what could be interpreted as a clue in view of the possible announcement were the Stones, with a shared post on their official social channels: a photo that portrays Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood smiling in the face of the goal. To accompany the image, a caption that – citing a verse of one of the songs of “Hackeny Diamonds”, “Whole Wide World” – says: “When you think the party’s over but’s only Just Just Begun … Still Rolling”, “When you think the party is over, but in reality it has just begun … we are still rolling”.

Last month, talking about the group’s projects, an anonymous source told the British tabloid The Sun: “Initially, the plan was to bring their huge US tour this summer to the United Kingdom and in Europe, but the promoters were unable to find the right dates. The Stones therefore decided to return to the studio to publish their next album. It is a huge surprise for their fans who have not had the opportunity to see them live this year “. The band would be working again with the producer Andrew Watt, who with his touch in “Hackney Diamonds” has given new sap to the Stones sound.
