On the 20th anniversary of his last performance on the Olympic stage of Turin 2006Bocelli will take center stage during the Ceremony, which celebrates the unifying theme of Harmony. Snoop Dogg (who will be at Milano Cortina 2026) even invited the Italian tenor to perform as part of his Holiday Halftime Party on Christmas Day 2025.

It will not be Bocelli’s first performance in the sporting field. In addition to Turin 2006, he has already attended the Champions League final of 2016 and paid homage to the best footballers in the world with the interpretation of “Nessun Dorma” during the 2022 Ballon d’Or ceremony.

He also sang the Italian national anthem at the inaugural Formula 1 Tuscan Grand Prix on 13 September 2020 and performed at the UEFA Euro 2020 Opening Ceremony, as well as at the recent 2026 FIFA World Cup draw. One of his most recent forays into the world of sport was the duet with the Italian tennis star Jannik Sinner.
