Amaia Miranda and Nacho Mur (La MODA) join forces in La Puebla
From the union between the guitars of Amaia Miranda and Nacho Mur is born the towna musical proposal that began to take shape in January 2025 in La Puebla de Valdavia (Palencia). Without preconceived songs or previous structures, both musicians locked themselves in to explore sounds, giving rise to four hours of improvised music that would become the germ of “with two names”his first album.
The album, which will be released next November 8stands out for its organic and cinematographic approach, highlighting not only the final result, but also the creative process itself. Recorded in May 2025 in a cabin in Cuenca, Side A of the album includes the live performance mastered on a cassette deck, while Side B rescues the intimate demos of their last rehearsal. As a prelude, today their first preview single, “se abre paso”, is released, accompanied by careful audiovisual work directed by Serafina Ventura and Felix Armengol.
To defend this intimate proposal, the duo has prepared a tour co-produced with the Royal Festival 360°. The public will attend an immersive sound experience equipped with headphones, where the pieces from the album will be performed along with new improvisations on each evening.
