“Alive!” of KISS turns 50 in 2025. Considered one of the best live albums ever, “Alive!” is celebrated with an 8 LP + Blu-ray Audio Super Deluxe box set containing 120 songs of which 88 are unreleased. LPs 1 and 2 contain the original album remastered by Bernie Grundman from the original 1975 analog stereo master tapes. LPs 3 through 6 contain two complete concerts from the 1975 “Dressed To Kill” tour – RKO Orpheum Theater in Davenport, Iowa on July 20, Second Show and Wildwood Convention Hall in Wildwood, New Jersey on July 23 – mixed by producer and engineer Eddie Kramer from the analog tapes original multitracks recorded in 1975, without overdubs. Bonus tracks on LPs 7 and 8 include five songs from Davenport’s concert rehearsals, including an impromptu jam, and six additional songs recorded at Cleveland Music Hall, Cleveland, Ohio on June 21, 1975, all mixed by Eddie Kramer from the original multitracks. The Blu-ray Audio disc contains “Alive!” mixed by Eddie Kramer from the original album.

The Super Deluxe also contains a wealth of additional material, including a 100-page hardcover book with extensive liner notes by Ken Sharp featuring new interviews with Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and many KISS collaborators from the era as well as many previously unpublished photos.
