After more than 10 years Phil Collins sits behind his drums
Some health problems have prevented the 73-year-old in recent years Phil Collins to play the drums. After more than ten years the ex Genesis he sat behind his kit again in a new video released by Drumeo.
Collins suffered a serious spinal injury in 2007, plus he has difficulty lifting the ball of his foot and chronic neck pain from all the years he played the drums. To walk the musician must help himself with a stick.
Drumeo met
Phil Collins and filmed a two-hour documentary detailing his history as a drummer and his current health problems. In a new video, Phil’s son Nic Collins and the host of Drumeo BrandonToews they rebuilt Phil’s drums that had been left in storage for over ten years.
Nic can be seen trying it out by playing the fill di
