On August 2, 2024, exactly one year ago, he left us Massimo Cotto, journalist, radio conductor and DJ has always been a great friend of Rockol. After a year, we continue to remember him with affection and celebrate him, holding us again to his wife Chiara and son Francesco Danilo, to whom Massimo in 2023 had dedicated his latest book, “The rock of father in children*” (reviewed here): “There is a reason why my latest book is titled ‘The rock of father in son’ and not ‘the rock explained to my son’. From one generation to another, I would like teenagers to know, and then free to choose which music to listen to. Listen to their music.

Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic since 2012, cooked had also been appointed – in 2021 – Officer of order of the Italian Republic on the proposal of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Meanwhile, the interactive photographic exhibition “Pictures of You”, born from the collaboration between the same Cotto and the photographer Henry Ruggeri, continues to shoot Italy, by the will of the family of Massimo. Until August 31, the exhibition will be open to the Bavaria Palazzetto in Senigallia, in the Marche.
