A documentary on Swedish DJ and producer Avicii is on the way

Netflix has released the first trailer for an upcoming documentary about the Swedish DJ and producer Avicii titled ‘Avicii –I’m Tim’. The film features interviews with, among others, David Guetta And Chris Martin of the Coldplayand will be narrated by the same Aviciiusing archival videos and recordings. The documentary will be available to stream on December 31, along with a 30-minute film from Avicii at Ushuaïa in Ibiza.

This is a passage from the synopsis of ‘Avicii – I’m Tim’: “Through unique home footage and a huge private archive, we can follow Tim on a twisting journey through his life, from his first breath in the Stockholm maternity ward in 1989 to his tragic end in Oman in 2018.

Through himself and everyone close to him – family, colleagues and best friends – we first learn about Tim, the guy behind Avicii.” Avicii, whose real name was Tim Bergling, .died on April 20, 2018 at the age of 28.
