Spike And The Gimme Gimmes land in Spain with eight dates

Spike And The Gimme Gimmes just released “Shit the Bed”their new album, and in November they will disembark in the peninsula for a tour that will pass through seven Spanish cities and Lisbon between November 13 and 21. The album, released on October 23, maintains the band’s formula: taking recognizable songs from popular culture and reconstructing them with guitars, choruses and a punk attitude. It brings together eleven versions, including “It’s Raining Men”, “Rhinestone Cowboy”, “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”, “Hey Ya!”, “I Want It That Way”, “Rio”, “Kokomo”, “Fame”, “Think I’m In Love”, “I’ll Make Love To You”, and “We Are The World”.

For this tour, Spike Slwason (voice) will be accompanied by CJ Ramone (Ramones), Pinch (The Damned), John “Speedo” Reis (Rocket From The Crypt) and Jake Kiley (Strung Out). The tour will start on November 13 in Vitoria-Gasteiz and will tour the peninsula for nine days, including a stop in Lisbon, being the first opportunity to hear the songs of the band live in Spain. “Shit the Bed”.
