The Interrupters share “Warrior Spitit”, with luxury collaborations
Just a few days after announcing that we will be able to see them again in our country, Americans The Interrupters They release the first preview of their next work. In addition, they are accompanied by several luxury collaborators.
The Interrupters are back with “Warrior Spirit”, a new single that talks about resilience, but above all points to an opening of the band’s vision towards more pop terrain in which synthesizers and also more new wave sounds have entered.
“Everyone is usually fighting some kind of battle that no one else can see, but within each of us there is a warrior spirit that drives us to find our own bravery,” explains Aimee Interrupter, vocalist of the band.
For this new song, The Interrupters have also surrounded themselves with an extraordinary list of collaborators. Tim Armstrong and Jesse Michaelsfounding members of Operation Ivy and the first of Rancid; Travis Barker (blink-182) and Brett Gurewitz (Bad Religion)), bringing together two generations of punk rockers who want to dance.
The release of “Warrior Spirit” also comes just a few days after the band has confirmed its return to the peninsula in May 2027, with five concerts between Spain and Portugal.
