Babylon Chat, reissue and thirty anniversary concerts
In 2027, it will be thirty years since the creation of Boomerang Discos, three decades dedicated to releasing music and discovering new projects. To celebrate, they will reissue material from Babylon Chat and the group will offer two special concerts.
In 2017 they celebrated twenty years by bringing together the first group that was part of their catalogue, Los Débiles, in a celebration that was joined by many other bands and artists who wanted to join us. Now, to celebrate thirty years, they had to up the ante.
Boomerang will reissue its second reference, the album “Sex shop”published in March 1997 and signed by the then unknown Babylon Chàt.
The album will be reissued in remastered vinyl format, in addition to launching a commemorative t-shirt for thirty years of “Sex shop” and Boomerang Discos.
And finally, the outstanding news, this anniversary will also include the reunion of the original Babylon Chàt lineup that recorded “Sex shop” and he defended it live on stages throughout Spain. Igor Paskual, Ricardo Saavedra, Gabriel Cuesta and Ricardo Nistal will once again take to the stage together to offer two unique concerts.
You can see the group in Oviedo (March 13, 2027, Sala Tribeca Live) and Madrid (March 20, Sala Clamores). Tickets are available at epticket.com and the records can be purchased in record stores or online at epmusica.net.
