Morphine It was one of the most particular and at the same time addictive groups of the nineties. His combination of two-string bass, baritone saxophone and drums surprised everyone and everyone. Now, Dana Colley recover your spirit in Vapors Of Morphine.

Mark Sandman died in 1999, cutting short the career of a group that combined alternative rock, blues and jazz with a personality and strength that surprised the music scene due to its strong personality and albums of the level of “Good” (92), “Cure For Pain” (93), “Yes” (95) or “Like Swimming” (97).

Later, Dana Colley, founding member of Morphine and their peculiar saxophonist, launched a new project under the name Vapors Of Morphine.

Vapors Of Morphine is a group led by Dana Colley who is accompanied by Jeremy Lyons and Tom Arey. Together they not only recover the spirit of the original Morphine, but they explore lands closer to dub, improvisation and other very attractive worlds in what they define as “Low rock & unusual music”.

In addition to recovering Morphine’s repertoire, Vapors Of Morphine review their own discography, which includes the albums “A New Low” (16) and “Fear & “Fantasy” (21).

We can see Vapors of Morphine in Madrid (November 5, Sala Copérnico; Mazo cycle), Badalona (November 6, Sala Dosrombos), Zaragoza (November 7, La Lata de Bombillas) and Valencia (November 8, 16 Toneladas).
