Punk rockers Crim announce an indefinite hiatus

Crim announce their indefinite hiatus after seventeen years of experience. The group has announced that it will stop its activity after a final stage that will extend throughout the remainder of 2026 and all of 2027, with a series of special concerts in halls, festivals and stages of different formats, both in Spain and outside its borders.

The band formed in 2010, when four roommates in their early 20s started making music together on Wednesday afternoons. Since then, it has built its career from Tarragona based on self-management and independence, first operating as a micro-operation installed in an old farm, where they recorded their music, made t-shirts and managed their own concerts, and later collaborating with HFMN. During these seventeen years, the group has traveled to twenty-two countries, crossed the Atlantic twice and toured with some of the bands that marked their adolescence.

The farewell will not be immediate. Crim is preparing a final succession of concerts during 2026 and 2027, starting with a tour of Latin America, which will be followed by concerts in small venues, larger spaces, festivals and other events that will be announced progressively.
