Toundra releases “30960”, second preview of “Siete”

“Seven” It will be the new album from Madrid Toundra. It will be released on October 9 and will contain songs like this “30960” that the band releases on streaming platforms.

With “30960”, the second preview of the album after “Rapier”, Toundra They pay tribute to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the city where much of their music has been recorded over the years. Unlike the previous single, the song is short, with aggressive guitars and a forceful rhythmic base, without giving up the melodic charge that defines this new stage of their seventh album, “Seven”.

Since its formation in Madrid in 2007, Toundra They have developed a path in European instrumental music, without voice. After a self-titled debut that had an impact on the underground circuit, the band began a career that took them to tour stages and festivals on the continent. Over almost two decades it has gone through its numerical stage (“YO”, ”III” and “IV”) and has redefined his sound with “Vortex” (18) and “HEX” (22). His work has expanded beyond studio albums, with the soundtrack for the silent film classic “Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari” and the foray into flamenco and rock with Child from Elche in the project Exquirlamoving between post-rock, progressive and heavy rock

In 2026, Toundra present “Seven”coinciding with the incorporation of Jorge Garcia to guitars and synthesizers and with the band’s commitment to self-publishing and total self-management. This return to independence allows the group to explore a sound where its monolithic punch merges with a more prominent use of analog electronics and synthetic textures.
