Warhaus will present “The Donkey” on two Spanish dates

Warhausthe Belgian’s solo project Maarten Devoldere (component of Balthazar) will act in Barcelona (Razzmatazz 2) on April 20, 2027 and in Madrid (But) the next day. Tickets for both dates go on sale on Wednesday, September 16 at 10 a.m. In these two concerts, they will present their new album live for the first time in our country, “The Donkey”the fifth of his career, which will be released on January 15.

Warhaus, which has consolidated its style in the European indie scene with its mix of rock, jazz and alternative pop, is betting on the imminent “The Donkey” for something darker and more visceral. While “Simple Pleasures” suggests a more sophisticated show with “The Baby” – the first single from the album, which came out on August 19 –, bringing their music closer to the dance floor and drawing inspiration from South African grom and dynamic grooves with nuances of grime.

“The Donkey”which comes after “Karaoke Moon” released in November 2024 and which starred in his previous tour of Spain, condenses new hypnotic lyrics and raw voices that the baritone of Return It will combine with the classics of the essential Warhaus repertoire.
