Fischer-Z premiere “X-Ray Serenade” before their Spanish tour

The British band Fischer-Z, led by the composer, performer and multimedia artist John Wattsis set to celebrate its 50th anniversary in style, with a new studio album and an extensive world tour with a line-up led by Watts and completed by veteran members Dave Purdye and Marian Menge now accompanied by Olly Newton and Chloe Leigh.

“X-Ray Serenade”the album, will be released on September 4 through Cherry Red Records. The album will combine new pieces such as “Strings”, “Queen Of Irony”, “River” or “Suburban Cowboy” along with new versions of the group’s classics such as “So Long”, “Pretty Paracetamol” or “Marliese”.

It will be the perfect soundtrack to celebrate Watts’ fifty years of experience on a tour that will pass through the Iberian Peninsula with a total of four concerts, two in Portugal and two in Spain. The tour has more than forty confirmed dates that will take the celebration of these five decades to a total of ten countries.
