But I’m still running around like crazy and my voice is in great shape. I just finished a solo album: we recorded 16 songs in 21 days, all 100% live. It’s like the anti-AI generation.”
The next album by Bruce Dickinson it was recorded with his touring band, consisting of the keyboardist Mistheriaby the drummer Dave Morenoby the bassist Tanya O’Callaghan and guitarists Chris Declercq And Philip Naslund.
Last August, Bruce Dickinson he told Metal Hammer that the new solo material would include songs “of devastating heaviness”, but also moments “that tug deeply at the heartstrings”. He said: “To be heavy, it’s heavy, but if it happens to be acoustic, it’s acoustic. It depends on how the song develops, what you’re trying to say, but it’s really exciting. I’m excited about these songs. I played the demos to a couple of people at the record label and they all said, ‘Wow!’.”
Bruce Dickinson with them Iron Maiden will be in concert next June 17 at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium in Milan for the only Italian date of the tour celebrating the 50th anniversary of the British band’s career, the “Run For Your Lives World Tour”.
