The Priestess of Rock will turn 80 on December 30th, but the celebrations will start a few months earlier, on July 27th 2026, when Patti Smith will perform in concert at the Circus Maximus in Rome. Accompanied by the Patti Smith Quartet, the singer-songwriter will be joined by keyboardist and bassist Tony Shanahan, her collaborator for over thirty years, and by guitarist Jackson Smith, Patti’s son, and by Seb Rochford on drums.
