LaMiaTerra Award in Foggia: dates and guests
The second edition of the #LaMiaTerra Award finds its home this year on 21 and 22 March at the Teatro Giordano in Foggia: two days dedicated to songwriting in dialogue with Mother Earth. Under the artistic direction of Stefano Starace, the Award brings to the stage the songwriting of yesterday and today with environmental, social and ethical themes. Among the guests of this edition are many very prestigious names: from Mario Venuti to Peppe Servillo, from Andrea MirĂ² to Violante Placido, from Enzo Gragnaniello to Faraualla and Nabil Salameh. There are two sections: while March 21st will be dedicated to new productions dedicated to environmental issues, March 22nd will feature the great songwriting of the past.
The #LaMiaTerra Award – notes to safeguard the Planet is not just a musical event, but a cultural and social project that combines the beauty of places, the sense of community and art as tools for raising awareness of the needs of the Planet and education for informed, conscious, ethical and responsible consumption.
The Award was created to stimulate a new collective responsibility, promoting sustainable practices along the entire music supply chain, from production to consumption. The Award also represents an annual moment of meeting and reflection between record companies, independent labels, music producers and suppliers for live events, with the aim of sharing strategies for reducing and mitigating the ecological footprint. #LaMiaTerra joins the national rurability platform, helping to build a new pact between city and countryside and aligning its actions with the United Nations 2030 Agenda Objectives: promoting people’s health and well-being, protecting the Planet, promoting sustainable prosperity and strengthening partnerships between territories and communities.
The LaMiaTerra Award – notes to safeguard the planet 2025 is produced by Mo’l’estate aps and is included in the Single Annual Schedule of Cultural and Live Entertainment activities for the year 2025 on the resources of the Cohesion Agreement – POC Puglia 2021/27, financed by the PUGLIA CULTURE Consortium, which promotes and supports the diffusion of live entertainment activities in Puglia.
