Wilco, two Italian dates in the summer
How to celebrate over thirty years of career in music? THE Wilco they do it with “An Evening with Wilco”, the tours which in 2026 will see them carry out evenings consisting of two complete sets with a short intermission and without opening artists, for a total immersion in the band’s repertoire (now made up of Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Pat Sansone, Nels Cline and Mikael Jorgensen).
The Italian dates are part of a new series of international concerts that marks the group’s live return: Monday August 31, 2026 Wilco will play at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Romein the framework of the Roma Summer Fest, while the following day, Tuesday September 1stthey will be a Mantua on the occasion of the Mantua Summer Festival, at Palazzo Te.
THE tickets they will be available on comcerto.it and livenation.it from 10:00 am on Friday 27 February, or exclusively for Comcerto Family and My Live Nation subscribers from 10:00 am on Wednesday 25 February.
Wilco’s 2026 tour will include songs from two reissues of their catalog: the expanded triple-LP version of “The Whole Love” and the nine-LP, four-CD deluxe box set of “A Ghost Is Born.” The setlists will also include material from the 2023 studio album “Cousin” and last year’s EP “Hot Sun Cool Shroud.”
